Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is unique. Yoga therapists aren’t doctors or healers—they are educators. Rather than dictating or trying to 'fix' you, they guide you through life’s challenges, helping you discover your own path forward.
Yoga therapy empowers you to break free from feeling stuck, bringing awareness to your lifestyle and helping you shift habits to improve both physical and mental well-being. It provides the tools to create balance and freedom in everyday life, becoming an essential part of your overall well-being. Through yoga and meditation, you begin to live more powerfully, with greater freedom and control.
Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga therapy sessions are private, allowing clients to choose which areas of their life they want to improve. You can set 1–3 goals, such as:
-
Building physical strength and flexibility
-
Managing chronic pain
-
Developing self-awareness to better handle stress and anxiety
-
Improving mental health, such as overcoming anxiety or depression
-
Exploring nutrition and its impact on health
Each session is divided into two parts:
-
Reflecting on your experiences with home exercises and fostering self-awareness
-
Focusing on your strengths and practicing yoga personalized to your specific needs
