Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga. We can do the poses sitting on a chair or standing on the ground and using a chair for support.
It is beneficial for people who:

Have chronic pain such as knee, wrist, shoulder and back pain.

Are overweight.

Are suffering from conditions such as osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis or carpal tunnel syndrome with pain in the wrist.

Are looking to increase flexibility and have better balance. Chair yoga is not just for elderly people or people who have pain.
-
Are looking to learn some poses with a chair to use in the workplace.
